How does a Headsets connect to the Nortel Telephones and the BT Versatility Featurephones. Which is the best headset and how do i program the telephone so that the headset will work?

Hi all
Just had a new telephone system installed in our office in Commlinks and the engineer wes great. I would recomend this company to everyone. The telephone system we had is the Meridian telephone System

Hello all
We have a number of BT Versatility V8 Telephones and the problem i have in that i do not know how to connect a headset to them and is there any programming involved.
We have the monoaural version and its a Gn Netcom 2100 headset.
