Hello

I just joined this good site. Lots of individuals have added so many good things here. I would also like to add some thing for this community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you want to know how to lose 10 lb in a calendar week, you are probably not looking for a regular diet and work out plan. You can lose weight with a basic diet and work out plan, Still this takes a lot of time doing intense cardio works out and adhering a strict diet. Here I will draft the right steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a calendar week.

1. Stay away from all fried nutrients for the week
2. Drink an 8oz glass of Citrus paradisi with breakfast every day. (this accelerates up your metabolism)
3. Take limited portions (stop eating when you are full)
4. Rather than taking 3 big a meals a day, eat up 5-6 smaller meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. When you eat that late your body does not burn off the calories.
6. Get plenty of sleep every night. Not taking enough sleep has been proved to be a ranking factor to the body putting up excess fat.
7. Utilise a body/colon clean for the 7 days. This will get rid of excess weight stored close to the stomach area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that makes you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.
8. I suggest you using Acai Berry Diet Pills. This one is proven to work, and you can get a free trial.
9. For those individuals who need to burn fat quickly, avoid alcohol.
10. A low GI diet is an outstanding method of burning fat quickly.

Thanks!.!

Hi

Regarding the head post about programming the BT Versatility telephone system I think I can help.
What you need is a lead that plugs into to the telephone system and the other end in to your computer. Then you need a software disk to load the program on to your PC.

I am affraied that is all I know.
