Telephone Systems

Here at Headsets Direct we have been installing different types of telephone system, Nortel, Panasonic, BT and Avaya. We get alot of telephone calls on the older telephone systems such as the Meridian Compact and the Meridian Modular, people asking us with changing the time and date or changing the name on an extension so we thought we would start this blog so new callers can see how it’s done without calling.

Hello to who ever is Reading this blog

we have nortel bcm50 telephone system and I need to know how to program line ringing and change the names on the extensions.

Please help as I only have 3 days to sort this out.

Hello Bob

We here ar BT Versatility specialise in just this make but i do know a little about the BCM50 programming.
What you need is the enter the system IP address and down load BCM Element Manager. This will help you to programm your telephones.

The Nortel BCM450 is a very powerfull system and can handel upto 300 users.

If its a small systems you are looking for say for 15 people the the BT Versatility Telephone system is the best. Click on my name it will take you to a site that sells them.
